“The room refrigerator and bathtub was dirty, the small bathroom window screen was torn, the bathroom light above the only mirror in the room had 2 of the 3 bulbs were out. The sheets and towel were clean but stiff, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. ”

“A good place to stay. Great staff beautiful area friendly people. This was off season so no traffic practically no other tourists anywhere. Rooms had flannel sheets and lots of blankets to stay warm during a cold night unlike most motels. The heater was loud and there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so if you go off season it’s hard to find a place to eat. Our host made breakfast available to us even though we were the only ones there. We really appreciated his extra care he gave us...

“Everything was automated. Check in and out very easy. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is little dated but everything very clean! Excellent for price point. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Stayed in the motel queen room for one night… that’s the good part. Gena’s is good for one night given the location and the restaurant that serves excellent food. You need to be patient and quite sporty regarding the room. Everything is quite old and we found a wad of hair in the sheets, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet felt unstable when sitting on it. We asked for a hair dryer and the staff simply replied “no”. It’s an experience for one night, I don’t recommend for longer stays.”
