“This hotel was recently renovated and reopened after being closed for many years. There is still quite a bit of work to do and the maintenance staff is only onsite during the day. We had to change rooms, which led to a room being out of service. The owners should consider keeping staff on for extra hours until the tourism season is over.”

“Location is good. Room was stuffy, a musty feel and smell. Bathroom conditioner and body wash were empty. Found that out when showering. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet I was not impressed with, I know it’s a Buffett but this buffet the food did not taste good. Had eggs and sausages.”

“The fire alarm went off just after 6am. The audio system asked for everyone to "Not use the Elevators, and please Exit the building." The alarm was going off for about 5 minutes, but by the time we got to the Lobby, the alarm stopped. On our way to the lobby, there were zero staff members directing people where to go. Yet, there were people in wheelchairs and elderly people not sure on what to do or where to go. By the time we got to the lobby, people were wandering aimlessly, and the alarm...
