“I'm sure this was once an oasis for travelers, however, it is now a run-down, poorly maintained hotel. Dilapidated furniture, peeling wallpaper, multiple "out of order" vending machines, incorrectly sized toilet seats and, unfortunately, unfriendly staff are the reasons for the low rating. Also, the in-room coffee, coffeemaker, cups and ice bucket were all stored in the actual toilet area instead of a out in the room on the desk or cabinetry. “Booked a deluxe room with 3 queen beds as we are a party of 6. Arrived and our check in was an envelope with a key in it. It was for a basic room with two queen beds. No one was at the property to get us the correct room. Two of us ended up having to sleep on the floor. Staff did nothing about it in the morning. Didn’t apologize. At first said we just had a basic room and then said it was deluxe but blamed it on Expedia.”
