“Everything about the property and staff was wonderful. If I have one negative thing to add is we didn't care for the bedding. The sheets weren't soft and the pillows were pretty much flat and uncomfortable with no support. Other than that the place was great. Albeit everything is very expensive.”

“For a three-night stay, this place did the trick. The check-in process was easy, and the woman at the Front Desk was pleasant enough. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay. “Rooms were clean. The waterpark was good, a bit crowded in the hot pool that leads to outside but it was okay. They told me that they were understaffed when I went with my family spring break week. Also many of the attractions (water and dry) were either not open or we were told it would open much later in the day. Little dining options.”
