“Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Loved the spacious room. We were there for the baseball hall of fame which was about 20 minutes away. We also went to Fly Creek Apple Orchard twice because the cider was so good. Kids loved the duck races. ”

“Great room! Super cozy space. Really liked my pillows. Newly remodeled bathroom with soaking tub, awesome shower. Grounds are pretty. Staff is very welcoming. They have a thoughtful enhancement package: flowers, wine, cheese board available. Great tea selection. Classic Victorian decor in the common areas. I was only here for one night, but it was relaxing and very enjoyable. ”

“Recently stayed at this property with my family for my son‘s 12U Cooperstown All-Star village tournament. Great location and owner communication throughout the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay out that way. Being only minutes from the park and close to the little downtown was wonderful for our family With plenty to do around the area.”

Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. “Great property for those wanting peace and quiet. Easy to make food in the kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, washer and dryer, and pond with large-mouth bass [easy catching]. Property owners were easy to communicate with and live close. Neighbors were very friendly.”
