Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay out that way. Being only minutes from the park and close to the little downtown was wonderful for our family With plenty to do around the area.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make...

“This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!”
