“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“The younger guy at the front desk with the dark curly hair is one of the big reasons we keep going back. He’s always so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean (some are nicer than others). The pool is clean and has been empty when we visit during the week which makes for a very relaxing time. They usually have coffee available all day long and they offer a nice little breakfast. “I cannot rave about this hotel enough! From the friendly staff, the clean rooms, the nice pool/gym and the breakfast were all what was expected and more! I’m not sure if this is a new hotel or renovated however, the staff was excellent. We had a mishap with the only car key that we had and the maintenance man there went above and beyond to help us get a mobile locksmith!
