“I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong, ”

“The $16 a night parking fee for a place with plenty of parking was an unwelcome surprise.”

“Enjoyed the pool. Very modern front desk and lobby. As far as the rooms go, it looks like a Comfort Inn that Hilton bought and put their name on the building. The bathroom showers were in poor repair; missing and soiled causing that looks like a poor repair job. Furniture as definitely outdated. Just didn't live up to my expectations given that I've been a Hilton Honors program. I took pictures to document.”

“It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

“When we first arrived noticed the carpets to room were filthy. Inside room, living area tv did not work, light bulb burned out, clock set to random time. When we took a shower, the water wouldn't go off. We tried calling front desk, but phone didn't connect. Went to front desk and told them, said an engineer would be right up--he never came -- we went down again about 1/2 hour later and asked for an update--again no one came. . We noticed the drain was slow and the tub was going to overflow! I...

“My initial interaction was not so pleasant. The woman at the check-in desk was annoyed because people were being too loud in the lobby/bar area. She handed me a parking pass but didn’t explain what it was for or what I needed to do with it. Everything after that was fine.”
