“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“I travel very often and I was amazed at the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Even though I was stuck in the elevator and fire department had to get us out through the emergency escape hatch, and we had to climb out the top . lol other than that fantastic. Thank you”

“Yeah, accommodations weren’t too bad. I mean for staying on the river and stuff that it wasn’t bad at all. The location was The only problem was is we were not informed that we had to bring our own bedsheets and pillows and cases and blankets and towels until the day of like the day we were getting ready to leave to head towards the VRBO that was a little much, especially when we were only staying for one night and it was very nice. I mean it’s very spacious. The furniture was a little outdated...
