Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale The Mall of San Juan - San Juan

“Newly remodeled, very clean and modern.”

“We stayed 3nights and not even once did anyone came and asked if we needed water , beside the 2 (6ounce) bottle water we found in the room when we first arrived. Mind you it’s was me my husband and 3 kids. Also not even once did staff asked us if guidance from anything, like unless you go to them none of them will approach you. The front desk lady ( the one with the curly hair) she will not even look at you when talking to you. The bathroom was in bad condition like the old wall that need...

“Real mente todo fue super ...las personas encargadas muy amables ...volveria a este lugar ...como en familia ...”

“La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado”

“Room was clean, very close to the airport.”

“I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

“Wonderful stay. Amazing staff available 24/7 for anything and everything. Free covered and secure parking. Penthouse gym and morning breakfasts. Private and comfortable room. This will be our new spot.”

“Very cute place”

“I loved this hotel it was so cute amazing ambiance and the rooms where beautifulllll. It’s very small but I liked it. A great relaxation spot and if you more of a party person only a few mins away from the good spots. My only downside is it’s hard to be keep mosquitoes out so be a little mindful. But you are in Puerto Rico so what more can you expect. There is isn’t big trash cans in the room but the workers can help and make sure you buy a few refreshments just to say have in your room because...

“Consigliato! Vicino al mare, personale fantastico sempre disponibile. Ottimo.”
