“It was like brand new everything was very clean. The staff was real nice. The breakfast was good. Everything was good except for one exception the elevators made a loud noise, going up and down kind of scary thinking they were gonna break down. As a matter of fact, one was broken and only the other one was running the morning when we got ready to leave to go to Six Flags, the elevators were both broken. We were on the fourth floor. “I had to request to get our room cleaned after 2 days. We did not opt out and were out of our room by 10.30 AM.”

“My car was keyed from front to back on the right side. I have a pearl vehicle suv and is very noticeable was told even though there is parking extra charge there is nothing they can do. They security for nothing. I feel very frustrated and angry.”
