“I’d actually give them 4.7 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The most important thing, that I greatly appreciate, is the staff. I needed assistance 3 times, from 2 different people, and they were both SO nice, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had been emptied and filled with water, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I was already in the shower. The toilet was also slow...

“The property was okay. Staff were super nice. I am rating it only 3 starts because my room was non smoking but definitely smelled like cigarette smoke in there. I also saw a few German roaches which tells me they have a roach problem.”
