“Let’s start with the positive: Staff is friendly and accommodating, and there is at least one receptionists with good English skills. Breakfast is various but average, nothing exceptional. Negative: The structure is quite old and would benefit a deep renovation inside. The room was quite noisy from the traffic outside and the pillow too thick without other options.”

“We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. “Highly recommend. New hotel with spacious rooms and large shower (and we only booked standard) and amazing value!
