“Breakfast was good, but the room was uncomfortable, there was no functioning heat or AC, just air blowing. The window was sealed shut, so we couldn’t open it. We requested two towels, but they were never delivered. The area also didn’t feel safe; there was a noticeable police presence, and at one point, a nearby car had all its tires removed.”

“I didn't eat a cooked breakfast, but had the fresh fruit.”

“Clean rooms located right across UMD, and efficient staff. ”

“They only have WiFi now if you're a Windham rewards member. There's only 1 major coffee machine now. None of the rooms have coffee machines anymore.”

“Roach was in my room, lady that worked there said she’s lived with roaches. Then told me I’d better be glad it wasn’t a bed bug.”

“The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. ”

“Andrebbe specificato che si tratta di un motel. Porte di accesso leggere e poco sicure, porte interne di connessione con altre camere parete esterna in vetro. Parcheggio interno a pagamento. Non lo consiglierei”

“Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well.”

“Hotel is okay but is definitely trying to be luxury when it really isn’t. Charging a deposit of the same price of the room per night is very had to be okay with. Details matter when trying to be a higher end hotel and lots of trim is messed up all around you. Elevator is falling apart. Pool towels extremely small and scratchy.”

“Parking safe, rooms cleaning. Hot breakfast with friendly staff to help if you need anything. ”

“I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable ”

“Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again.”
