I can be fussy with mattress comfort as I like a soft bed, and even though this was on the firm side of my preference, I did find the bed really comfy. The hotel text to ask how our room was (a really nice touch) and I asked for an extra couple.of pillows. These were delivered within ten minutes so great service. “Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions.”
