“The condo was a nice accommodation. Clean, stocked with coffee, snacks and water. Our group fit comfortably. We used the pool which was nice as well.”

Only issue was due to design of building and this is a second floor unit noise from unit above due to lack of sound proofing was very distracting especially when children were occupants of the third floor unit . The staff at resort were very helpful .”

“Cute place! I enjoyed the pool. The bed was okay (but if you like firm mattresses you’d be comfortable). The shower was a little tricky to get warm water. The place was clean though and we appreciated being close to many attractions. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The drive to Universal and Disney were not bad at all. Very safe gated community! Other people have complained about the people who live above but they were not that bad and even if they were it’s an apartment building so it’s normal. We had a great time and will likely stay here again!”

“This second floor condo was lovely! My family didn’t have any issues, but if someone in your group has mobility issues, there is a steep stairway to access the condo and there are lots of area rugs and runners to keep the carpeting clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable, everything was well stocked (dishes, etc), nice balcony area. The property was lovely, right by the water and a fire pit nearby.
