“Staff at check-in caused us to wait for about 30 minutes. As he was trying to help people check in, he was also answering the phones and helping people there, too. Very unprofessional to be waiting on someone, then ask them to wait while you sort something else out for 5-10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of us, and he did this at least 3 or 4 times. Frustrating.”

“Breakfast was good but get there early because when they run out of good stuff, they don't replenish it. Otherwise, quiet and clean. Good stuff!”

“Check in was long and didn’t feel welcomed at all”

“Price can vary a lot. I hit Montreal on the last day of Formula 1 so it was very expensive. However with the price you pay for, the cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and bits along the edge of the mattress. Mattress was fairly thin. Staffs were helpful and you can tell the cleaning staffs were really trying to keep up the cleanliness of the sharing space. It was just too many people. Showers were too small. Some of things like bathroom door were broken over the time I stayed...

“Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Rooms need some fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, shower leaked the whole time.”

“location is unbeatable if you don't wanna stay in Montreal. 10min walk to Metro, 5min walk to Walmart and right in the heart of a big shopping center. A nice restaurant and a bar are in the lobby too. there is a nespresso machine and a microwave in the room which are really helpful. room cleaning is done daily which for us with an infant was really needed. they don't provide free bottled water but apparently tap water is good to drink and there is a water kinda fountain in the lobby too. all in...

“It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street.”
