Questo condominio immacolato 2 + 1 camera da letto con balcone privato offre comfort ed emana eleganza moderna. Con 2 suite da letto e una camera da letto extra, 2 bagni, ampio spazio abitativo e finiture eleganti, godrai di un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi e divertirsi.
Bellissimi pavimenti in legno di mogano e un sacco di flusso naturale notturno in tutto il layout aperto e arioso della casa. Altri punti salienti speciali includono una suite extra large con letto king size e la seconda suite con letto queen size per il tuo riposo e il massimo comfort.
Goditi i raduni nella zona soggiorno / pranzo di dimensioni generose, impreziosita da una TV a grande schermo e da tutti i mobili in pelle. Enormi finestre e porte scorrevoli in vetro conducono al balcone sul lungomare che ha una propria area salotto di lusso per guardare le barche che navigano o per godersi il tramonto.
La cucina gourmet ispirerà il tuo chef interiore con i suoi banconi in granito, il tavolo da bar con posti a sedere, una grande dispensa e tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è anche un barbecue in acciaio inossidabile sul balcone per i nostri ospiti.
La suite King Bed Master offre una doccia piastrellata con bagno interno con vasca idromassaggio separata e doccia e doppio lavabo in granito. C'è anche una grande cabina armadio con un sacco di spazio per la conservazione.
La camera degli ospiti Queen Suite ha il proprio bagno privato con vasca e doccia.

Perfect Charlottetown Condo in an Ideal Location!

This is the perfect Charlottetown condo in an ideal waterfront location! The condo is clean, spacious, & quiet and it is nicely decorated and equipped with all of the key supplies that you would expect. Great washrooms and large kitchen. Views over the marina are amazing. On-site parking is easy and convenient. The hosts provided clear instructions and were great communicators. Lots of room for our family. Will definitely stay again -- highly recommended!

Wonderful waterfront condo!

Fantastic location on the Charlottetown waterfront, short walk to shops, park, restaurants. Central location on the island to see the sights! Condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and spacious! Enough room for our teenage kids to spread out! Highly recommend.

Great Location and View

The property was clean, comfortable, and provided an excellent location for exploring the island!Restaurants and shopping within easy walk plus historic neighborhoods. We did not do any cooking as a variety of food options were available. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed using the great view from the balcony.It was a great location to also explore other areas and we enjoyed the Anne of Green Gables Historical site and walking the trails there. All inquiries with the owner were quickly answered. We were delighted with our time here.

Great Condo in Charlottetown

Perfect location to explore PEI. Was able to walk to all of the downtown restaurants. Easy access to the waterfront and the view from the balcony is tremendous. The beds were super comfortable. Dishwasher and washer/dryer made the stay super efficient.The host was responsive and gave us all the information that we needed.We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Perfect home base

The location of this bright, spacious and comfortable condo was perfect for our trip. Many of the major Charlottetown landmarks (and restaurants and shops) are within walking distance, and the convenient parking space that comes along with the unit made it easy to come and go as we toured other parts of the island. The condo is well equipped with just about everything we needed, and when we had a question for our host, he was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Condo for a Family Visit

We rented this condo for a family visit to a niece at UPEI. There was lots of room for everyone with the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the washer-dryer as it was part of a longer trip to many East Coast Universities. The things that really stood out though were the patio overlooking the water. Even in November it was protected from the wind and warm in the sun. The unit was an easy walk into the centre of Charlottetown with its history and many restaurants and the parking was easy, especially nice was the two parking passes for the building’s lot which made it easier for our niece to visit us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stunning!!

This property was even better in person. Immaculate, excellent location and comfy beds. In the heart of Old Charlottetown and only a short stroll to every restaurant and shop in town. Added bonus of seeing the cruise ships from the balcony, which has very comfortable furniture!! I would definitely stay here again, but longer this time. There were just two of us but 6 would be well accommodated. Highly recommend. Fabulous place.

Perfect Location for Charlottetown and Beyond

This was a great spot for walking downtown and enjoying the highlights of Charlottetown and provided a nice respite after time in the car exploring beyond. Only downside was that one of the rooms was a bit warm at night.

Central Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is in a perfect location to walk around Charlottetown and to quickly access roads for day trips. Owners were responsive and check-in was seamless. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the yoga studio on the main level is wonderful. We come to Charlottetown annually to see family and would love to have this condo available for our dates next summer!
