“Great cabin. Perfect location. A true Boulder experience. FYI, there’s a lot of construction going on in preparation for being a Sundance venue. There was more noise and less parking than usual. So, plan accordingly. ”

“Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The house staff was friendly. The common rooms are, likewise, clean and inviting. A very nice stay. ”

“Clean, bare minimum- dont expect a safe, coffe maker nor a fridge. Great location, friendly staff- must be college students. Enjoy the outdoors with firepits and couches. Free cocktail tokens given. I left a bag in room, pretty covered up yet the credit card in it was compromised immediately after checkout. ”

“The room was clean, but the LED lighting they use in the room is that cool blue, and it is terrible. Makes the room feel like a hospital. The worst part is the parking. The spaces are all for subcompact cars so everyone is parking across the lines. Don't even think about parking in the garage with a normal-sized car. On the bright side, the staff was great and breakfast was pretty good.”

“We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again. Great staff, great food, super convenient location, chill hotel. Highly recommend. They should come up with a better system for the parking that doesn’t require you to wait in line at the front desk each time you go in and out with your car.”

“This is the second time I stayed here and I love it. Super close to things and easy parking underneath. Just a clean reliable hotel next to a couple of other hotels in case you are meeting up with other people (like we were). ”

Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”

“Had a little problem with plumbing that managment corrected. Staff was helpful and responsive.”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“Incredible views, quiet area near a gas station and king soopers. Never too busy. Staff is excellent and very kind! Room was way bigger than expected so that was nice! Overall great place to stay, nice location, quiet, clean, friendly and would recommend to anyone staying in the Boulder area. ”
