“Right now I am NOT HAPPY! 1 I stayed there Monday 2/2/26 to 2/3/26. The room according to my receipt from hotels.com should have been $302.98. I paid $150 of that in cash. Now on 2/5/26, I see a charge pending on my card for $337.02. I know there was a security deposit, that should have been refunded back to my card the day I checked out. IT HAS NOT BEEN! Now I am having to take time out of my life to write this and will have to call the hotel tomorrow. Because I have just finished another 12...

“Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per poi ripartire la mattina successiva da Lax (30 min di auto). Camere non pulite, moquette molto polverosa, il bagno aveva un cattivo odore ed era pieno di formiche. Anche gli asciugamani forniti non odoravano di pulito (muffa, credo); letto scomodo. Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato non avevamo grandi aspettative..”
