Hotel vicino a Cherokee Botanical Garden and Nature Trail - Cherokee

“Room was clean, and staff was genuine, friendly, and helpful. Close walk to pizza restaurant, and breakfast at Mabel’s across the street is not to be missed. Our family also enjoyed hanging out together in the lounge.”

“The bed was awful, it was hard and lumpy. My back still hurts the day after. The "breakfast" was bagels and pre packaged muffins. Didn't try a waffle, its batter dispenser wasn't working. The elevator wouldn't go down from the 3rd floor in tha AM, had to use the stairs. It would go up from the lobby...”

“nice place, clean, friendly”

“Everything at this motel was good.”

“Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

“The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking.”

“Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

“The room was adequate”

“The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...

“Ideale per soggiornare a Cheerokee, la posizione della stanza è ottimale anche per il paesaggio che offre dalla camera. Buona la colazione offerta con la possibilità di farla in terrazza.”

“Pros...Loved the balcony, still warm enough to enjoy. Ground floor end room was great for 4 legged traveler. Could walk for several different meal options. Cons...Toilet felt a little tippy. Outside cans with dinner waste not dumped daily.”

“There were quite a few bugs in the room some spiders and some roaches. The front desk was useless-I checked in around 5 pm and”

“We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

“Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!”

“Great hotel.”

“The room was very clean and cozy. The location is close to restaurants and major attractions. I loved the rocking chairs on the entrance porch.”
