“Nothing to remember! Very basic. ”

“Not at all, the breakfast menu was horrible, No hot food, no bacon ham eggs no juices. any fruits Coffee broiled many hours ago, can’t drink I never seen hotel breakfast menu like this. ”

“Outstanding place to stay. The mountain view I had while eating breakfast was outstanding. Check in was probably the easiest I've ever had anywhere. Nice, quiet and easy access to the park and river walk and the casino. I plan on staying here next time I come the Cherokee.”

“This is the second stay here since new ownership. Not much change. Staff not as friendly. That's due to not knowing them for 10 years like the previous staff. So I expect that. “Pets welcome and no pool.”

“This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room was in very poor condition—there was no hot water, the shower and toilet were both broken, and overall the place felt run down and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was no smoke detector, which is a serious safety concern. And I even stated it to the staff and basically gotten brush of about it. This property clearly lacks basic upkeep and attention to guest safety and comfort. I would not recommend staying here, and I...

“Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”
