“I would have appreciated knowing that the pool was closed. I would have chose a different hotel. The elevator also stopped working on Friday evening. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a long day. This is not my idea of a relaxing stay. Instead of the staff person apologizing about the elevator, he blamed it on the repairman. My room was clean but the outside area by the pool was unkept.”

“This is a no fuss hotel. Clean, safe, convenient but in a shopping plaza. The pool area and pool needed a little clean up but the back patio and grill area was very comfortable. Great breakfast.”

“Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .”
