Hotel a Chesterfield Court House

“Breakfast was lacking and was not replenished as well as I am use to from a Hampton Inn Property”

“Feel like the rooms could have some improvements The smell when you walk in the room it’s not pleasant (humidity) The carpet around the ac unit was soaked wet. The toilet in our room was chipped It was just not looking clean Dusty. But was not terrible but feel like they could do better for the price there charging for a night stay.”

“The employees was very respectful down to earth. The breakfast in the morning was magnificent. You would never know it was from a hotel. Only thing I could say is the pool was very cold. I would definitely come back”

“The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members. The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated. The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

“You have to pay for parking, was told it’d be only $5 and got charged $38.94 for not even 12 hours. They called the manager who did not answer so no one could refund me. Still haven’t. Breakfast is a small normal breakfast. No bacon, just eggs and sausage. Buttt the breakfast attendant was wonderfully helpful.”

“All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.”

“The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

“The bed was broken, and you could feel the coil springs through it, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the air conditioning unit wouldn't even turn on, completely dead, and, The wastebasket in the bathroom was full with the previous guests trash!! I tried to tell the front desk about it in the morning, and she just seemed to not really care, although she did say "sorry". I have stayed in lower priced accommodations and so I didn't have high expectations, but that was too many things wrong,...

“The establishment was brand new so it was very clean and smoke free… However, the vending machines didn’t have a lot variety and weren’t adequately stocked… Also, it appeared that the rooms had kitchenettes but weren’t stock with anything of use… Other than that, very nice place.”
