“I’ve stayed at this property several times and have generally had positive experiences. My most recent stay, however, was disappointing because of the customer service I received from the nighttime front desk attendant.When I arrived, my room door was ajar, and the bed looked as though someone had already been used. I reported my concerns to the front desk, and the attendant explained that housekeeping had forgotten to close the door. I requested a different room. She told me she couldn’t assist...

“This property is very old. The bathrooms are disgusting and the AC unit in our room didn’t work properly. We had to consistently get up throughout the night to get it to kick in. Rooms smelled bad, like it was a former smoking hotel. Plus side was good pillows. Will not stay there again.”

“Older building but well maintained. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and it seems much nicer now! I am a breakfast person and the breakfast here is EXCELLENT! I will come back and stay here just for the breakfast when I'm in Richmond. This trip was for my son's swim meet, important to have a bathtub, not just a shower, and older facilities usually have tubs (thank goodness). “La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
