“This apartment in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik! Very helpful and friendly management! The apartment was comfortable and clean. There are several flights of stairs in the apartment building to carry luggage up, but no outdoor steps. So it’s really not bad! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik!”

“Perfect location in Old Town near Pile Gate. In front of that Hard Rock Cafe, which had live music at night; not rock, rather soft jazz with a trio of a singer/guitar, sax, and bass player. Music stopped at midnight. Walking up the stairs with suitcases was a bit challenging, especially if you are on the second or third floor. Beautiful and spacious, nicely furnished room.”

“The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom”

“Central location to the old town. However getting to the hotel was hard for us with suitcases due to a lot of stairs. The uber driver dropped us at a location where getting to the hotel was a nightmare for us. My recommendation is that you get dropped off right at the entrance of old town and take the first alley which has 5-6 larger steps to roll or drag your suitcases if you have them, that way you will prolly have to only take 34-35 steep steps versus for us it was harder. But overall...

“Apartments sweet escape was perfect for what we needed. After a busy and hot day in the City walls, the apartment is truly a “sweet escape.” The host is wonderful, kind, and so very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies included. There is a beautiful view from the outdoor area and very walkable if you are in shape with hills and stairs. If we are back in Dubrovnik, we will stay here again! Fully recommend!!”

“The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance.”

“Great rental with an absolutely amazing view of Dubrovnik! Spacious, clean apartment with parking (if they approve your request for a permit, which was the case with us), and also laundry, which was a much-appreciated perk! Landlord was very communicative leading up to check in and check out.”

“Having stayed in many 5 star properties around the world, this is not a 5 star property. This lovely old building, in the heart of the Dubrovnik old town, is not well maintained. A lot of the decor is scruffy. The reception area is just a small room on entry. The air conditioning did not work properly. We had to move to a lower grade room (which had a free standing noisy AC unit) the first night while our room AC was fixed. The breakfast was not great. Apparently, the upper floor restaurant...

“Phenomenal little boutique hotel - don’t expect large rooms, but everything else is amazing, including the staff who were exception! And a beautiful ocean swimming area is located behind the hotel down a bunch of steps.”
