“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Waterloo and was extremely disappointed with the housekeeping service and overall cleanliness. During my stay, the room was barely cleaned at all. The staff only emptied the trash and made the bed superficially, but the floors in both the bedroom and bathroom were never properly cleaned.
