Hotel vicino a Church House Gardens - Londra

“We had such a lovely stay at BRAMA. THe hotel was so nice and had such a cosy and boutique kind of vibes. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had the suite room and everything was just lovely! ”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“No shops near by”

“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it. it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...

“Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL ”

“It was very convenient for us since our daughter lives nearby. Also, close to a bus and train station so easy to get to downtown London. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.”

“Camera pulita ed accogliente, personale gentile, colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Posizione ottimale, fuori dal caos della città in una zona verde e tranquilla, presenti diversi ristoranti ottimi e treno a pochi passi a piedi. Consigliato per viaggi da soli.”

“The house is exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean and has all the utensils for a great stay. The host is very kind and helped us with tips and everything we needed.”

“Struttura molto bella , camere moderne e accoglienti , buona la cucina , personale gentile e disponibile. Troppo inflessibili con il chek in, se non sono le 15 in punto non si accede alle camere”

“Great location, nice apartment clean and cosy. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. 15 min. walking to the train station or just 5 min. to the bus for the train station. Just to be picky the only things that can be improved are the TV reception and the couch that needs to be replaced but overall this is a nice place to stay.”

“Hilton è una garanzia. Ogni volta che ho soggiornato in un Hilton mi sono trovata benissimo. Pulizia, personale cortese e disponibile, velocità nel check-in e check-out. Tutto perfetto. In una zona silenziosa e tranquilla ma comoda per i collegamenti. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana e di diverse linee di bus.”
