Hotel a Churchville

“Large refrigerator and microwave. A lot of storage room. Beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. Hairs were found in bathroom and on bathroom towel. Will not return to this hotel.”

“This property was not the location I booked. It was to have been for Holiday Inn, Express, Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC. not Maryland. I did not know until I tried to check in and they did not have my reservations. When I learned of the error I sent a message to Expedia to cancel however, I have been charged for the booking. Please respond and advise how I can get a refund on this booking error. I clearly wrote the address of the hotel in Boone when I made the reservations.”

“Stay was great room clean and staff competent The only thing that needs to be added is a place to dry bathing suits in room. ”

“Lobby had trash on the floor, like paper and napkins, straws, looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Trash was in the hallway in the same spot my whole 2 night stay, smelled bad. My room was clean and it was quiet which I enjoyed. Nothing to do or eat in walking distance or close driving. Check in & check out was pleasant. ”

“This Hotel is super clean and centrally located. The beds/linens were perfect. They provide all necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, hot breakfast and gym amenities that include work out towels. Tons of outlets, multiple charging options in room as well as desk space if you're working while traveling. Fridge/freezer, coffee, hair dryer, iron+board, wi-fi, cold a/c and late 12pm checkout. “Skipped the breakfast but there were several options. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and room table/wall surfaces could have used a little more cleaning focus. Beds were clean and nice. Bodywash in shower was empty. Room smelled VERY strong of Hawaiian air freshener. Parking was easy”
