Hotel a Cimarron City

“This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.”

“Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-(”

“Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms.”

“This property is terrible. The staff overall was nice, but the property itself is extremely rundown, smelly, damp, and moist in the rooms. There was even mold in some of the picture frames. They were starting a redo and had all the carpet torn out, dry walling the walls and some painting. None of this was disclosed when making the reservations. However even with redoing some walls and carpet this place will still be bad. Lipstick on a pig. Probably the only way to get is reasonable would be...

“The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!”

“Price is great but you get what you pay for. One night an angry man kept trying to get into the room next to me where it must have been a girl that did not want anything to do with him. So he beat on the door thru out the night. Some poor people with families live upstairs for weeks or months at a time. So great price but not sure it is worth the savings. Better to pay $30 or more each night to get something better.”
