“Didn’t clean room but once during the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels and a bag to empty out trash cans in room cause they were overflowing ”

“I had no complaints on the property. We were only in town for one night however they made it feel amazing the whole time. My only issue was that the pool table was not open along a lot longer but The bar was nice. Everything was great. I didn’t like that the bar closed at 11 though. Which meant the pool table was unavailable the rest of the night.”

“Beautiful hotel”

“This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

“We were checked in an hour late due to a “bedding issue” (still not sure what that means. When we received the key, the room had not been cleaned. Because of this, we were running late to our planned event. When we called down for valet, they brought the wrong car around. We just barely made it on time. I was excited for this stay, but honestly, for the price paid, this was not worth it at all. ”

“The fact thst silhouettes of the person in the show can be see to the rest of the room is kind of wierd. Especially when your traveling with your family. (its foggy glass/opaque glass wall between the shower and the beds)”

“There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free. ”
