“My stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place for the most part was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. It wasn't horrible but you can definitely tell that whoever cleaned it did a rush job. The shower floor was in need of a serious clean and scrub down. The toilet also wasn't cleaned properly. Everything else was fine. Over all I would stay at this hotel again though.”

“Check in was at 3pm. We waited in the bar with our suitcases until 4:30 because our room wasn't ready. Several others were also waiting in the bar. Why the bar? That's also the check-in/check-out. It's also the ONLY place to get ice. It's also where you get breakfast and coffee. Once in the room, the toilet lid was broken and kept falling off -we eventually just laid it on the floor. The shower gel bottle was completely empty. There was no ice bucket. The closet is a shared closet in the hallway...
