“Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). “Didn’t clean room but once during the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels and a bag to empty out trash cans in room cause they were overflowing ”

“This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

“The fact thst silhouettes of the person in the show can be see to the rest of the room is kind of wierd. Especially when your traveling with your family. (its foggy glass/opaque glass wall between the shower and the beds)”

“There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free. ”
