“Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). “This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

“If you are planning a trip for a family, this IS NOT a family hotel. If you are single and/or are looking for a party, this is the hotel for you. Music can be heard in the room from the lobby area, the roof, and the outside lounge until at least 11:00pm. Multiple areas of the building smelled very strongly of marijuana (lobby, elevators, roof, common areas, etc...). The white smoked out shower walls which silhouettes can be seen from inside the hotel room sleeping area are not conducive or...

“The only thing I could find as a negative - no mini fridge. It has an old building charm with the water pipes making noise. This is honestly not a complaint, it felt like that fits intentionally with the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean. The art was interesting. And the star, the penguin. We will be staying here again.”
