“The room was clean and spacious. We came in for a concert and there was a lot of space to get ready. The kitchen was a great touch. My only complaint is the walls are thin, we could hear full conversations of the room next to us. It was a connecting room so that might play a part in it. Other than that, the stay was great and the location was prime!”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

“Great fitness center! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was a bit delayed and I couldn't get more coffee cups to my room until I asked. Luckily, Starbucks is nearby. Great location, walkable to everything, but expensive valet parking. If you fly in, get an Uber to this hotel because you won't need your car! If you do, use the public lot next door to save 50%. Front desk staff AMAZINGLY helpful! All the staff I spoke to was very friendly. Lots of good restaurants all around this...

“This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions.”
