Hotel vicino a Cinemark Gulfport 16 - Gulfport

“Excellent breakfast. Noisy floors above room could hear every footfall. Staff checked me into a room that was locked and under maintenance requiring me to trek back to the front desk and get a new room assigned. Made key incorrectly and yelled down the hall that I needed to come back for a new key. Good food. Noisy including airport noise. Poor front desk. Great location shares parking with Hilton Garden Inn.”

“Good staff clean hotel however the bums come in and get coffee and breakfast. To me that is so unsanitary for us paying customers . I did relay my concern to staff and it was just written off as not an issue. I was told they just got coffee but no that got food also I informed the staff”

“I travel all the time Gulfport ms comfort suite is my favorite place to stop it feel like I’m at home the staff Nikesha, Krystal,Lakeshia, allenyena, Ms Sharon the GM and mama makes this place they are the most wonderful and professional staff I seen in a long time the rooms were clean, Breakfast was fabulous and delicious they take care of you whatever you need. they make sure you have it. It’s nice to have a place to stop at and you feel like you are at home. Keep up the great work ladies...

“The carpet was disgusting. Definitely wear shoes in the room… it smelled moldy and mildew ish. We were approached by a man on a bike at 6am wanting to buy my room “for the rest of the night.. so he could get some sleep…” there were several sketchy men sitting outside the doors each time we went in.”

“Clean room”

“Brutto brutto brutto ”

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice size. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I do have a suggestion for the hotel. Please put hand towels in the gym. Even Holiday Inn and Suites have towels in the gym. I saw other people working out and sweat was dripping everywhere all over the equipment.”

“Excellent find, highly recommend!”

“The Property interior looked pretty clean. The staff was less than enthusiastic or friendly. A couple people were friendly proceeded to tell me it was low season so therefore the bar was not open. The breakfast was still served. Coffee was hot and fresh courtesy. If you’re going to charge full price, then allow for full service.”
