“The front office staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was A+ good variety for all. My only complaint which I didn’t mention was upon leaving my granddaughters and I was passing on sidewalk and housekeeping lady literally stood starring at us as she held one hand on large cleaning cart and did not budge cart, which she could have, as she watched us squeeze thru and bumping cart with our luggage. Otherwise, no complaints.”

“Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
