“Great room, very quiet.”

“Alijiah (please forgive if misspelled) is such a kind and caring soul. I was in desperate need of some quiet “me” time, and his service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property based on his service alone. In addition, the room was spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were unmatched. I was super impressed! The housekeeping staff was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate all I encountered; everyone contributed to a wonderful stay!”

“This is one of the best Marriott hotels. It is very well managed and maintained. The lobby space is very nicely laid out with places to sit, watch sports on one of the many TVs and the bar is phenomenal. Starbucks is attached with a nice patio space as well. Walk to the Shops at Legacy and enjoy a nice stroll around the lake, a nice way to unwind and enjoy the evening. Great location as well being right off of 2 major highways that offer quick access to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. ”

“Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.”

“This hotel felt like a motel vibe. My room smelled like three packs of cigarettes. It was very dirty and gritty. The manager was nice enough to put me in a new room. That was a lot better but the shower drained did not work. The breakfast sausage was raw. I didn’t notice someone from housekeeping mopping the tile floors. But the rooms definitely need more attention.”

“People are nasty at the facility, night shift front desk was nice and polite. Bathroom had no shower curtain and nasty roaches on the pull out bed. ”

“Very clean room, friendly staff. Decent gym and nice outdoor pool. Great whiskey bar and restaurants inside hotel. Nearby shopping and restaurants. ”

“This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”

“The room is efficiently comfortable. Enough space for our belongings. Perfect temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was above board. Mm y favorite - oatmeal, wasn't instant. The hotel is close to our venue, WOGA. There are many different restaurants to choose from.”
