Tenía dos reservaciones distintas, pero el hotel solo pudo darme una habitación porque el número de Expedia no estaba correcto. Traté de comunicarme y solo lograba que me comunicaran de regreso al mostrador. En el chat solo me atendió la IA, y no resolvió nada. Hasta la 1:30 am me pudieron dar la habitación; demasiado tarde, las 4 personas de la segunda habitación ya...

“This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
