“Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and we even saw cockroaches. The furniture was old and poorly maintained. The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards....

“with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities.”

“My spouse informed me he gotten bed bug bites and that he couldn’t wait to check out before telling me about his stay. There was stains on the couch but he didn’t notice until he got off the room number #116 he checked in Thursday 18th and checked out Friday before 11 am . Never booking here again that is just gross .”

“The bath tub was too bad. It was not clean at all. And the toilet flush was not working properly. Overall had a real bad experience.”

“Espero que a nadie más le pase lo que a mi me pasó No recomiendo este hotel a nadie las habitaciones están muy deterioradas no es lo que esperaba estaba sucio y tenía mal olor desde la entrada tuve que cancelar en el mismo momento y me dijeron que me reembolsarian y no lo hisieron entiendo las políticas del hotel pero deberían de no engańar a la gente con fotografias que no es nada que ver a lo que enverda es el hotel de muy mala calidad creo que debe estar más limpio un motel que...

“I love these hotels. The rooms are so large. They have a nice breakfast and an evening snack plate time where they have adult beverages. The only thing I don’t like was an odor in the elevator. It was a mixture of sulfur and onions. Seem to be a shortage of luggage carts too. Overall a good place to stay. Would stay again”
