“I liked the location and all the services. Breakfast gas was good and fresh! It was never empty! The ladies in the breakfast area are super sweet. But for some reason I was sent a breakfast bill and I thought that it was included with my stay! That had never happens to me when I stay in other hotels! ”

“Remind we checked in notice the smells in the hotel. When we boarded the elevator, we noticed the elevator was very old. The button were broken. It was kind of scary. When we got to our room, few tiles not swept bathtub damaged. I could tell the room had not been swept or vacuumed at all for a long time. “When you book with a known brand, there's a certain expectation of that brand. TV channels weren't setup and took them 2 days to fix after repeated complains? Coffee was sporadic at breakfast with only a single 12 cup caraft available, vs multiple or larger caraft ?”

“This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
