“a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe.”

“Bath was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. The floor had foot prints all over. I was not happy. ”

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool.”

The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the little details, like the availability of coffee in the room and the modern amenities...
