“We did not check in until midnight because of flight change. It was nice to check in and crash. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. In the morning, I heard the staff laughing in the laundry room. I thought they must enjoy their job and who they work with. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Wonderful stay!”

“During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for...

“Needs a serious upgrade, we felt like we were at motel 6. Pool was cloudy and bathroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was broken. The room just looked so dingy”

“While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️”

“We left upon arrival. Room smelled of smoke and must. The room was substantially smaller than anticipated - the king bed did not leave much walking space around the perimeter, even for a person of smaller stature such as myself.”

“Overpriced breakfast and parking. We stayed there for two nights, but our room was not made after the first night. The bathroom handle was broken and the ice machine didn't work. ”

“The customer service was great but the room smelled like cigarettes and was not the cleanest. Carpet was kind of dingy.”

“I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”
