“Rooms were really clean”

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful trying to accommodate my need for late checkout. Quiana did a great job. Everyone was very kind. The breakfast was good at best but very hot and miss some days the food was cold for example. Other than that an enjoyable stay.”

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“Hotel was ok. Not terrible, not great. Pictures on the website make it look much nicer than it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hair in tub upon arrival. Toilet was loose on the floor ( it wobbled lol). Water would not always fully shut off. Carpet throughout is dirty. Coffee pot only brewed pre-packaged coffee. Price was fine. Parking was great. Bedding was clean. Water had good pressure. Plenty of towels.”

“I stayed at the Mendenhall Inn due to the fact that I attended a Domestic Violence Center of Chester County fundraiser in the Grand Ballroom on Thursday night. I traveled from Harrisburg to attend this function and decided to stay there for another day to visit with former coworkers. “Good price off of the busier Rt. 1 corridor, near Longwood Gardens. Equivalent to a Hampton Inn. Only one sink, only one light in bathroom (so no direct light on your face, no outlet on one side of the bed. We could not hear a bathroom fan running on the vent. Otherwise happy with our stay.”

“Stains on carpet, cobwebs, old lumpy mattresses and pillows, food horrid (like rubber) chipped paint, cracked tile. TV stations were news, Latino dateline….HORRIBLE”

“AC didn't work, got told no maintenence too bad.. took 2 days of asking to recieve enough towels for 3 people.. give wrong room type and lady changed story about it 5x when checking in then basically said we booked through 3rd party so they wouldn't help us at all and we could accept the room or cancel n rebook at 3x price with them directly.. very not in line with normal IHG hotels.. horrible experience”
