“The staff was awesome. The Hampton Inn's have definitely changed since I started staying at them years ago. Seemed as though they weren't as comfortable and well maintained. Lots of foot traffic here, could hear the people above you. The bathroom fan didn't work. The wall paper had started peeling from the bathroom wall. Seemed to had been a leak above the shower, had been repaired but could see the square that had been cut out and replaced. Looked like they had ran white duct tape along the...

“The hotel had a Restaurant onsite which is a great benefit when you don't want to go out to find a place to eat. Breakfast options where basic & not complimentary which was disappointing considering you are already paying for your room & parking on top of that. The Room was perfect what what I was looking for, clean & beds where comfortable, however had wished there was some stationary for writing down a quick note. ”

“Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.”

“Great for the family, my room had little candy/ crumbs on the floor near the desk, but other than that, everything was fine. ”

“a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe.”

“I got my money back because this Extended Stay was unfortunately disgusting. reeked of cigarette smoke, even in my non-smoking room. elevator was sketchy and would drop a couple inches after reaching a floor. the front desk staff was lovely and processed my refund without issue.”

“Front Desk gentleman was rude and not helpful at all. Very short answers and was acting irritated when I asked questions ”

“Clean room with comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast is VERY basic, coffee and granola bars but okay. Would stay again.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions I had. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the little details, like the availability of coffee in the room and the modern amenities...

“Everything was great”

“Not recommended. Rooms are in terrible shape, holes on closet doors, no lamp shades, stained bedding, bathroom lighting not working, and missing microwave. Hallways smelled damp and smokey. Brought it to the front desk attention, and they simply did not care. Asked for someone to come and fix light in bathroom and was told that no one had complained about it before, and it was too late for someone to come out. Yes that was their answer. ”

“Room had a mildew odor, TV only had 26 channels, Air Conditioner/Heating system was not working properly, no phone landlind in the room. The whole 1st floor hallway had a stinky odor. Felt very uncomfortable in the room. Weird sounds all night long. Seemed more like a shelter for homeless individuals. ”
