When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them.
