“Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.”

“The hotel is conveniently located off I35 Interstate. The price is average for a Days Inn, Do not expect much more than average as the room had few working outlets in the walls yet (several did work) by the bed. The room was clean but needs paint and other small cosmetic updates”

“Front desk associate was nice and friendly and gave us complimentary waters at check in. Breakfast was good. And our room keys had vouchers for free appetizers at Texas Roadhouse. The complimentary breakfast was good and clean as well. Would stay again.”

“Planning for another year for SXSW2026 and making my hotel stay with SpringHill Austin North for the first time. I must say upon arrival with lots of places to explore surrounding the hotel made me very pleased at my selection. From the check-in to the location of my room and the breakfast this was more than expected and well pleased stay. Plenty of free parking and safe access for late entries. Looks like this will be a regular bookmarked and fav for every visit I have to make now to Austin. ”

“I was disappointed with my stay. The internet was not good at all, and even after asking the staff for help, the connection never really improved. The TVs also weren’t the best, and the TV guide seemed outdated, which made it frustrating to find anything to watch. It would really help if the hotel upgraded the TVs and made sure the guide was current, especially for guests who are from out of town and want to relax without dealing with technical issues. Overall there’s definitely room for...
