“Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time.
In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so.
Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. ”

“The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready.

“This cabin was a disappointment for many reasons: 1. There was a half empty beer bottle shoved between the mattress and the side table in the 3rd floor bedroom. 2. There was a dirty sock on the vent behind the side table in the main floor bedroom, as well as, an unopened mitt for self tanner. 3. The chairs in the theater room were completely stained and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Also, the light strips did not work at all. 4.
