“I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. “The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return.”

“Bike trail is right behind the hotel making it very convenient. Outlets are right there as well. Always clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is a little drab though.”

“The room we upgraded to was awesome! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities one would need and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location to the beach was perfect for the Doodles in Dewey event we came down for. The woman with the terrible attitude at the front desk really ruined it for us at this place.
