“I guess they get brownouts. There was no backup generator so long time to check in and no lights for hours. They also didn't open their restaurant and bar then when the power came back on. I was hungry. No sauna, they said they notified Expedia. Refrigerator in room very noisy. Heating and Air old school system with no temperature setting, just blue and red dial. Breakfast was supposed to have fruit no fruit. ”

“The waterpark is nice the overall hotel needs a bit of work, but my family and I enjoyed it for a cheap nice getaway for the weekend. It helped that everything was classified such as Applebee’s, etc..”
