Invece è l opposto Puzza tutto Vecchia struttura Moquette tutta macchiata Per fortuna solo di passaggio 1 notte E VIAAAAAAAAAA NON CONSIGLIATO ”

“Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

“Room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was very good. Really liked that you could request fried eggs. They were as ordered. Again want to note how friendly the entire breakfast staff was and how they all went out of their way to great you and ask if they could help.”

“This hotel was awful. Booked in advance and selected to pay at check in. Rude manager tried to cancel our reservation just hours before we arrived if I didn’t pay over the phone. The check in staff were atrocious. No friendly greeting, no here’s our WiFi, directions to the elevator or our room…RUDE. Canceled a teams reservation while they were traveling in for a state competition. Have never experienced such horrendous customer service. Then there was the room. Dirty, hair all over the shower...

“This place is obvious undergoing room renovations. Ours was not one of them. But my son, had a much better one. The rooms in the back of this property are for low life's and drug smokers. I would never recommend this place unless it was your last resort to have a roof over your head.”

“Arrived at 9pm and they didn't have any clean rooms. Finally gave us room, went up to it and they were still cleaning. After cleaners left we enter to find previous occupants stuff still in the room and floor very dirty. AC vent is in the bathroom which made using it very cold only in there. Remote to tv didn't work, called front desk they said ok but never sent a replacement. We had to go down to get towls as only 1 was left in the room and we are a family of 4. “Upon arrival, the ice machine was not producing any ice. The room was not clean - cobwebs around door frames, the toilet had not been cleaned (bowl was dirty and there were stains of hair), the bathtub had accumulated dirt which would not drain out, television did not work. Staff offered to switch to an alternate room, which was in even worse condition. I will never stay in a Super 8 again. The company charges royalties from the property but does not appear to enforce minimal standards. ...
