“Hotel is nice, restaurant limited. Staff not helpful. I called prior to arriving asking to have a surprise in our room since we were celebrating a birthday (not asking for free) I was told it would be done. I also received an email from their guest services asking if I had a preference in room floor or any specific requests. I responded with first floor and again reminding them of the surprise. We ended up getting second floor and no surprise at all. I expected a lot more for a 4 star resort.”
